SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to hotels, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Due to Covid-19, Mikimoto has taken precautions in shipment facilities according to government guidelines in order to protect its customers and employees. You may experience a delay of approximately one week in the shipping of your order.

For any online purchases made on or after April 23, 2020, the 14-day return policy will be extended to 30 days from the date on which the online purchase has been made until further notice.

Shipping and Handling

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

* Fragrance Shipping: All fragrance products are shipped via Federal Express Ground Shipping and not available for Federal Express Overnight, Federal Express 2-day or 3-day air delivery.

Priority Delivery

For Next Day Delivery, orders placed Monday through Thursday before 4:00 PM EST should be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please reach out to Mikimoto Client Services (contact@mikimotoamerica.com) to confirm availability.

Delivery Problems

If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via phone (EST) 1-844-341-0579 , Monday - Thursday (10am to 10pm), Friday (10am to 11pm), Saturday (10am to 11pm), Sunday (12pm to 10 pm) or email. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.

Shipping to alternate addresses

If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Taxes

Mikimoto is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: CA, CT, NJ, NY and NV.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Jewelry purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to Mikimoto Client Services within 30 days. Fragrance products are not eligible for refund or exchange. You may also return jewelry purchased through this Website to one of our four retail stores within 30 days for an exchange or store credit only. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.

Returns to Mikimoto Client Services

Only jewelry purchased through this Website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 30 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please contact us via phone (EST) 1-844-341-0579 , Monday - Thursday (10am to 10pm), Friday (10am to 11pm), Saturday (10am to 11pm), Sunday (12pm to 10 pm) or email to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this number on the outside of your package. Returns may be sent via an insured shipping method to our MIKIMOTO New York Flagship Boutique at:

For security reasons, do not write Mikimoto on the outside of the box (just MKT). Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. A Mikimoto Client Services representative will process your return within 3-5 business days.

If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Mikimoto will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.

Mikimoto will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
